I’m preparing to launch a new production line and need a complete range of aluminum fan impellers that can be stamped, laser-cut, and formed directly from sheet stock. For every impeller size I will give you the target airflow, static pressure points, and allowable dBA; your task is to translate those figures into quiet, production-ready geometries.

The number-one priority is minimizing noise while still meeting the performance curves. Because the units will be made in aluminum, please keep blade geometry, hub design, and material thicknesses compatible with common coil sizes and automated folding/welding processes—there are no rigid corporate-specific standards to follow, so you’re free to apply the best industry practices for acoustic efficiency.

Deliverables
• 3D CAD models (STEP or SolidWorks native) for each impeller size
• Corresponding flat-pattern DXF files ready for nesting
• Basic performance summary per size: airflow, pressure rise, predicted sound level
• Brief manufacturing notes highlighting critical tolerances and any special forming requirements
