I am taking the next generation of oral-care to market and need a complete concept and engineering package for an electric toothbrush built around genuinely new technology.

Beyond the motor system, I want to explore smart features such as timers, pressure feedback, and optional app connectivity that can log brushing data. The brush should be adaptable for multiple age groups, so ergonomics and head sizes must be considered from the start.

Here is what I need from you:
• Early-stage concept sketches that illustrate the mechanical layout and styling
• Detailed 3D CAD (SolidWorks or equivalent) of the handle, internal drive train, and replaceable brush heads
• Electronics schematic, PCB layout, and firmware outline for the motor control and sensor logic
• A short report on component selection, battery life estimates, and safety compliance targets (IPX7, CE)
• Manufacturable files and a parts list ready for rapid prototyping
