New Product_Automation Device End-to-End Design

Job ID: 40146030

Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 INR

I’m taking a new mechanical device from idea to factory floor and need a designer who can own every stage of the CAD journey. The core purpose of the product is automation, so the moving parts, actuation method, and serviceability all have to be thought through from the very first sketch.

What I already have: a clear problem statement, rough hand-drawn layouts, overall size envelope, and functional requirements.
Product Kind of Wending Machin
What I need from you:
• Conceptual design iterations that translate my rough sketches into a workable mechanism, including quick kinematic checks so we can lock the approach early.
• A complete 3D model (STEP/SolidWorks native preferred) with accurate mating conditions, exploded views, and any motion studies required to prove the concept.
• Manufacturing-ready 2D drawings—fully dimensioned, toleranced (GD&T where necessary), and annotated with material specs—suitable for CNC, sheet-metal, or additive processes.

Acceptance criteria
– All critical tolerances called out and referenced to a primary datum scheme.
– 3D files open natively in SolidWorks 2020+ and export cleanly to STEP without errors.
– PDF drawing pack includes revision block and part numbers aligned with the BOM.

If you normally work in Inventor, Fusion 360, or Creo that’s fine—the final package just needs to include the neutral formats above.

I’ll share a short NDA and the functional brief once we connect. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this automation device into production.
