Multi Stage Device 3D CAD Integration

Job ID: 40372553

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I need a skilled CAD designer to guide my project through four clear stages, turning a functional concept into detailed, manufacture-ready 3D files.

Stage 1 – Component modelling
Create original 3D CAD representations for every electronic component, mechanical part, and the air mover with its filter. I do not have vendor files, so these models must be built from scratch in SolidWorks, Inventor, or an equivalent professional package and supplied in native format plus STEP.

Stage 2 – Internal layout
Place the finished models inside a single enclosure while respecting tight space constraints, planned airflow for heat dissipation, and straightforward access for future maintenance. This stage also includes electronically linking the parts and positioning two peristaltic pumps, complete with the fluid paths from their source to their destination.

Stage 3 – Dual-enclosure design
Transform the single housing into two horizontal, side-by-side enclosures. Wall thicknesses, fastening strategy, and cable pass-throughs should all be defined so they are production-ready for either CNC machining or 3-D printing.

Stage 4 – Inter-enclosure tether
Design a robust tether that carries power, data, and fluid between the bottom and top sections. I will need routing diagrams, bend-radius checks, and an assembly drawing showing how it mates to each enclosure.

Deliverables
• Native CAD files + neutral formats (STEP, IGES) for all parts and assemblies
• Dimensioned drawings and exploded views for every stage
• A short design report explaining heat calculations, clearance checks, and maintenance access decisions
• Final BOM

Send through examples of similar electro-mechanical layouts or pump integrations you have completed so I can gauge fit. I’m ready to start as soon as the right expertise is confirmed.
