3D Mouse Trap Model Needed
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m working on a mechanical plastic mouse trap and need a complete 3D model that captures every functional part and shows how those parts move together. The emphasis is on accurate, production-ready geometry rather than photorealistic textures.
You may use SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or a comparable parametric CAD tool—whichever you’re most comfortable with—so long as each piece is built as a separate solid body that can be assembled, animated, and edited later. Clearances between parts should reflect realistic plastic tolerances so the trap can be prototyped without extra rework.
Deliverables
• Native CAD file (e.g., SLDPRT/SLDASM, F3D, IPT/IAM)
• Neutral formats: STEP and STL for 3-D-printing checks
• One exploded-view image or short turntable animation that proves the trigger, latch, and spring mechanism articulate correctly
Once I review the model and verify the mechanism operates smoothly, we’ll mark the project complete. If questions come up about dimensions or operation, I’ll supply sketches or reference photos right away.
