I have a full set of drag-race crankshaft parts from a high-performance motorcycle on my bench and need every last detail captured so identical replacements can be manufactured. The task is to measure, analyse and completely reverse engineer each component, then translate that data into clear, production-ready technical schematics. All drawings must specify the high-performance metal grades that best match the originals, include accurate tolerances and finish notes, and be organised so a machine shop can move straight to CAM without questions.

Preferred workflow involves precise 3D measurement (CMM or laser scan), modelling in SolidWorks, Inventor or similar, and final detailing in a CAD package that exports standard formats (STEP, DWG, PDF). I will supply the physical parts, background on how they are used, and any performance constraints you need to consider; you return digital files and, if helpful, a reference BOM.

Deliverables
• Fully dimensioned technical schematics for each crankshaft component
• Material and heat-treatment call-outs for high-performance metals
• Tolerance & GD&T annotations suitable for CNC and grinding operations
• STEP or IGES models (optional but welcomed for validation)
