Modular Surfboard Rack CAD Development -- 2

I’ve laid out the look, feel and core features of a premium wall-mounted surfboard rack and now need an experienced product or mechanical designer to translate my concept into a production-ready design. The rack must celebrate aesthetic appeal above all else—the lines and finishes have to look high-end on a living-room wall—yet it still needs the strength to support boards horizontally and link additional sections through a clean, modular connection.

I’m leaning toward a metal construction, so I’ll rely on you to recommend the most suitable alloy, coating and fabrication process (extrusion, laser-cut sheet, machined billet, etc.) that will keep manufacturing efficient without compromising the sleek look I’m after. From there, I need a detailed 3D CAD model in SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or a comparable professional platform, followed by fully toleranced drawings and export files (STEP, DXF) that a prototype shop can pick up immediately.
