Modify 3D File Material Thickness

I need a very simple 3D file modification where the material thickness of the entire model needs to be changed from 1mm to 2mm. The dimensions shown in the screen captures must stay the same. The file is currently in DWG format.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in working with DWG files
- Experience with 3D modeling software
- Ability to modify geometry and material properties
