Modern Jewelry Casting Tree Design
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
The job is to create a clean, production-ready casting tree layout for a set of modern-style brass pieces. Every sprue, feeder and junction should be positioned to minimise shrinkage and ensure an even metal flow, while keeping overall metal weight economical for mass production.
Because the aesthetic is strictly modern, the tree needs to be compact and symmetrical, with gates that can be removed quickly and leave minimal finishing marks on each piece. I will supply STL files of the individual models once the project starts; you return a fully assembled tree in the same file format (or another agreed CAD format) plus a clear, annotated screenshot that shows gate diameters and metal flow direction.
Deliverables
1. Complete 3D file of the casting tree ready for printing / investing
2. High-resolution reference image with annotations
3. Brief note on recommended burnout and casting parameters for brass
Acceptance criteria: the tree must fit inside a 100 mm diameter flask and keep total sprue metal under 25 % of the total tree weight.
Any well-established jewellery CAD package—MatrixGold, Rhino, Z-Brush, or similar—is fine as long as the exported geometry is watertight.
