3D Model Modification for Cable Tie

I need a Fusion 360 3D model modified to add a reusable 'cable tie' mechanism. Must be able to calculate the correct material thicknesses required to give the required flex/spring back in the final polypropylene injection moulded parts.

Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Fusion 360
- Experience in modifying existing 3D models
- Attention to detail for precise integration
