Mobile Office Van Mesh Analysis

Job ID: 40048181

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I need an experienced CAD designer or engineer to assist with the alignment and plane creation of a complete office fit-out for a van using two existing 3D scans: one of the old interior fit-out and one of the new empty van. The job involves:
- Establishing precise planes, reference geometry, and correct scaling to ensure the data is dimensionally accurate
- Accurately aligning and overlaying both scans so I can easily compare and switch between the old and new layouts
The final output must have key reference planes generated and properly referenced, accurately scaled, and suitable for fabrication that will drive flat-pattern cut files later on, they should have tight tolerances to guarantee a perfect fit during installation.

Please work in whatever mainstream CAD/CAE package you’re comfortable with (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, ANSYS, etc. are all fine) as long as the final files open cleanly on my end - I will use Solidworks 2025 for the parts creation.

Deliverables
• Native project file
• STEP plus STL of the meshed bodies
• Clearly named construction planes (floor, sidewalls, roof, cabinetry datums)
• One-page PDF summarising mesh density, alignment points, and boundary conditions

That should give me everything I need to move straight into fabrication. Let me know if you have any questions about the van dimensions or hardware mounting points.
