Minimalist Pi 5 Compute Module IO Board Case Model

Job ID: 39820924

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I need a clean, minimalist enclosure modeled for the Raspberry Pi 5 Compute Module IO board that I can send straight to a 3-D printer. The design has to stay slim while still solving practical needs: ventilation slots to keep the board cool, mounting holes that line up with the official standoffs, and accurately placed cut-outs for the specific ports I’ll specify, plus a small screen window on the front panel.

You can work in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, FreeCAD, or any other solid-modeller you prefer as long as the geometry is watertight and exportable. I’ll supply the precise board measurements and the list of ports to expose once we start.

Deliverables
• Editable source file (e.g., .f3d, .sldprt, .step)
• Print-ready STL with correct tolerances for FDM plastic
• A quick assembly diagram or screenshot that shows how the board mounts inside

I’ll test-fit the first print and give feedback; a single revision round to perfect the fit is included in the scope.
