Mini Spike CAD & STL Design
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need a precise 3-D model of a very small “mini spike” that will be used as a medical device. The first stage is the creation of a clean, watertight CAD model; once approved, I’ll need an STL exported from that same file so I can move directly into 3-D printing for prototyping.
I already have specific dimensions and material requirements that the geometry must respect—for example, wall thicknesses compatible with a biocompatible resin and tight tolerances at the tip—so the design needs to follow those constraints from the outset rather than as an after-thought. I’ll forward a simple hand sketch and the exact measurements as soon as we start.
Preferred deliverables
• Native CAD file (any mainstream package such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Final STL ready for slicing
After the initial delivery I anticipate at least one round of minor edits, so please keep the model fully parametric to allow quick adjustments. If you’re comfortable working to medical-grade specifications and understand the nuances of printing very small features, let’s get started.
