I am seeking an experienced CAD designer and robotics engineer to develop a comprehensive design package for an advanced mini humanoid robot with 20-30 actuators for human-like movements, inspired by Tesla Optimus.
Key Requirements
CAD Modeling & Design
- Complete 3D CAD model of mini humanoid robot (height: 60-80cm)
- 20-30 actuators distributed across joints for natural movement
- Detailed technical drawings and assembly instructions
- File formats: SolidWorks, Fusion 360, STEP, STL
Joint Configuration
- Head/Neck: 3 DOF, Arms: 7 DOF each, Torso: 3 DOF
- Legs: 6 DOF each for stable bipedal walking
- Hands: Basic grip mechanism
Hardware Specifications
Complete BOM including:
- Actuators: Servo/stepper motors with specifications
- Sensors: IMU, cameras, force sensors, encoders
- Control Systems: Microcontrollers, motor drivers
- Materials: Frame components, fasteners, cables, batteries
Simulation & Analysis
- Physics simulation (Gazebo, MuJoCo, or similar)
- Walking gait analysis and balance algorithms
- Stress analysis of structural components
- Motion planning demonstrations
Manufacturing Package
- 3D printable components where applicable
- Assembly guide with step-by-step instructions
- Bill of materials with supplier recommendations
- Cost-optimized design using standard parts
## Required Expertise
- 5+ years experience in humanoid robot design
