Metal Electronics Enclosure CAD

I have an electronics project that needs a professionally-engineered metal enclosure designed entirely in SolidWorks. The box must safely house the boards, connectors, and any internal wiring while remaining straightforward to manufacture—think sheet-metal bends, cut-outs for ventilation, and provisions for standoffs and mounting holes, all ready for a fabrication shop to pick up.

Here’s what I’ll be looking for from you:
• 3D SolidWorks model (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM) with parametric features
• Fully dimensioned manufacturing drawings (DXF/DWG for laser cutting, bend tables, and a PDF pack)
• STEP file for cross-platform compatibility
• Basic BOM noting material spec and any off-the-shelf hardware

Include a brief but detailed project proposal when you apply—outline how you plan to tackle the layout, manage tolerances, and ensure adequate airflow and access to connectors. If you have past examples of metal electronics housings, feel free to reference them; visuals help me gauge fit.
