Medium PVC Organization Rack Build

I already have a complete design for a PVC rack that will sit between three and six feet tall and wide, strictly for light-duty organisation tasks—nothing heavier than about 50 lbs in total. What I need now is the actual fabrication.

You will work from my drawing set (PDF and STEP files) to cut the Schedule-40 PVC, prep the edges, solvent-weld the joints, and finish the rack so it arrives square, clean, and ready to use. If you prefer to ship it as a knock-down kit to keep freight costs reasonable, that is fine as long as every joint is test-fit and clearly labelled for tool-free final assembly.

Key points I care about:
• Precise cuts so the frame stays level and plumb.
• Smooth, burr-free edges and tidy glue lines—no drips or streaks.
• Final load test to confirm it comfortably supports 50 lbs without sagging.

Once built, please send a few photos or a quick video of the load test before packing. I will cover shipping; just let me know the carton dimensions and weight.
