Mechanical Part Prototype 3D Modeling

I need a skilled 3D modeller to create the very first prototype for a mechanical part I am developing. At this stage the focus is on capturing the overall form and function in a modern, sleek style; precise size- and space-optimisation will follow in later iterations, so tolerances can remain generous for now.

What I expect from you
• A clean, watertight CAD model of the part that reflects the intended mechanism and aesthetic
• Native design files plus neutral formats suitable for manufacturing or 3D printing (STEP or IGES, plus STL)
• A couple of high-quality renders so stakeholders can visualise the concept

Timeline
I would like to wrap this up within the coming month, giving us enough time for one round of minor tweaks if needed.
