Mechanical Part CAD for 3D Printing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
High Level: Modified Enclosure for Single Hashboard Miner – Add Branding, WiFi/PSU Cradle, and Functional Improvements
Project Goals:
I am looking to modify the existing design (STL files will be uploaded) for a single-hashboard crypto mining rig (compatible with S19/S21 hashboards, APW3 PSU, and control boards
Key Requirements / Modifications:
- Branding: Incorporate my logo (high-resolution PNG/SVG file will be provided) prominently on the main body opposite the PSU. Also consider subtle "Stealth Jet" branding elements if space allows (also have this as high-res PNG/SVG).
- WiFi Cradle / PSU Integration: Add a dedicated cradle/mount on the side (specify preferred side if you have one) to securely hold a WiFi router or access point + integrate or cradle the PSU. The design should allow good cable routing, ventilation, and easy access while keeping the overall enclosure compact.
- Other Improvements:
If possible, enhanced snap-fit assembly and modularity (building on the existing design). The control board cover snap in to the middle piece always seems to be problematic.
- Maintain compatibility with single-hashboard setups and keep the design printable without supports where possible (or minimal supports).
Deliverables:
Editable source files (e.g., Fusion 360 .f3d, STEP, or equivalent) + optimized STL files ready for slicing.
Multiple iterations as needed for fit and functionality.
Final design should be suitable for commercial/small-batch 3D printing and potential sales/leasing of rigs.
