Mechanical Part CAD Modeling
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m moving into the prototyping phase of a new mechanical part and need a skilled 3D CAD designer to turn my hand-drawn sketches and key dimensions into production-ready files. The core focus is mechanical accuracy, so every feature must meet the specified tolerances.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• 3D modeling of the part in a professional CAD platform (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar).
• Detailed technical drawings with proper views, dimensions, and tolerances suitable for machining or 3D printing.
I’ll provide reference sketches, critical dimensions, and any functional requirements as soon as we start. You’ll return native CAD files plus neutral formats (STEP/IGES) and PDF drawings I can forward directly to the workshop.
Clear, prompt communication and the ability to iterate quickly as I refine the prototype are essential. If you have a portfolio of mechanical parts, I’d love to see examples.
