Mechanical 3D Models & Stress Analysis
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need detailed 3-D CAD models of several mechanical parts and a solid set of static stress analyses to confirm that every feature meets strength and safety expectations. The geometry will start in SolidWorks, so skill with that environment is essential; if you prefer to refine the mesh or post-process results in ANSYS, COMSOL, or another package, that is fine as long as the native SolidWorks files stay clean and fully parametric.
Turnaround is tight, so a streamlined workflow and clear communication about each design iteration are important. When the work is finished I will check both the model accuracy and the simulation assumptions, so please document material properties, boundary conditions, and load cases inside the project files.
Deliverables I expect:
• Native SolidWorks part/assembly files and STEP exports
• Simulation setup files and solver reports for the static analyses
• A brief PDF summary with key screenshots, max stress values, and your conclusions

And i need an stl file which I can feed the 3d printer to get my prototype
