Mechanical Engineer Needed for Custom Pipeline Tapping Drill Bit (Removable Crown + Internal Capsule System)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am developing a custom pipeline tapping drill bit that includes:
• A removable carbide cutting crown
• An internal lubrication capsule (one-time burst design)
• A magnetic chip trap inside the tool
• An internal lubricant flow channel designed for 0–1500 PSI operation
I need an experienced mechanical engineer to turn this concept into a fully manufacturable engineering package.
This project will be sent directly to Chinese and US manufacturers for CNC machining and carbide crown production.
