Mechanical CAD Motion Simulation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of finished CAD parts that need to be brought together into a single virtual assembly. The system combines both rotational and linear movements, and I want to see exactly how every piece mates, moves, and comes apart.
Scope
• Import my individual CAD files and create the full mechanical assembly.
• Configure a motion study that handles the combined linear-rotational kinematics.
• Run stress and strain analysis on all critical members during typical operation so I can confirm weak points before prototyping.
• Show the complete assembly and disassembly sequence to verify serviceability.
Preferred tools are SolidWorks Motion/Simulation, Inventor Nastran, Fusion 360, or any comparable package that can deliver native files plus neutral formats (STEP, IGES) and a short video capture of the motion study.
Files are ready to send as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer any dimensional or load-case questions along the way to keep the study accurate.
