Scope of work:
• Injection-ready 3D CAD exported as STEP (.stp) files
• Separate moldable parts (body, lid, door, bag dispenser, internal parts as needed)
• Draft angles (1.5–2°)
• Uniform wall thickness (~2.5–3.0 mm)
• Geometry suitable for aluminum prototype tooling
• Assembly-ready features (hinges, latch, magnet pockets)
Material & finish:
• ABS preferred (PP acceptable if recommended)
• Molded-in matte texture (VDI 27–30 equivalent)
• No paint or secondary finishes
Mounting:
• Screw mounting (drywall anchors/studs)
• Optional industrial double-sided tape (e.g., 3M VHB)
