Manufacturing Warehouse Layout Design
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m reconfiguring a manufacturing warehouse that receives and stages raw materials, and I need a clear, professional layout that tells my team exactly where every pallet, rack, aisle, work cell, and safety zone belongs. The floor plan should account for inbound unloading, quality-check stations, short-term storage, and seamless feed lines to production.
Your deliverable will be a complete set of drawings—PDF plus an editable CAD file—that includes precise dimensions, equipment placement, material-handling routes, and marked emergency exits. I’ll share the current shell drawing and inventory data once we start. Please use any industry-standard tool you’re comfortable with (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.) but make sure the files can be opened in AutoCAD 2021.
I’ll review the first draft for flow and clearance, then we’ll iterate until the design supports smooth forklift traffic and meets local safety codes. If you’ve laid out manufacturing facilities before—especially ones focused on raw-material staging—your insight will be invaluable.
