Manufacturing-Ready STEP/STP CAD Models for Patent-Pending Plastic Product

I need manufacturing-ready 3D CAD models exported as STEP/STP files for a custom, patent-pending plastic product.
Product:
A stretch-fit rubber/plastic table topper that wraps over the top and sides of a folding table and forms a shallow basin with a continuous raised lip to contain liquids (seafood boils, etc.).
Deliverables (required):
• STEP/STP file for 6-ft table version
• STEP/STP file for 8-ft table version
• Parametric CAD preferred (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or Onshape)
• Optional: native CAD file + simple 2D dimensioned PDF
Table specifications:
• Width: 30 inches
• Lengths: 72 inches (6 ft) and 96 inches (8 ft)
• Tabletop thickness: 1.5 inches
• Corner radius: assume ~2 inches (rounded corners)
Design requirements:
• Snug stretch fit (approx. 3mm total interference overall)
• Continuous raised lip: 2 inches tall
• Wrap-down skirt below table edge for grip (2 inches)
• Wall and floor thickness: approx. 3.5mm
• Injection molding ready
• Draft angle: 2–3 degrees on vertical faces
• No drain holes
Material assumption:
• TPE (rubber-like plastic)

• This is a patent-pending design
• All files and geometry must be treated as confidential
• I will own full rights to the CAD files
