I have a highly efficient, safety-compliant concept for your Magnetic Child-Restraint Buckle, and I can turn it into production-ready CAD files. Based on ISO safety standards and your requirements, here is the architectural and mechanical approach I will design for you:
1. The Magnetic Smart-Alignment System:
Instead of relying on magnets to hold the tensile load (which is unsafe), magnets will be used strictly as an "Intuitive Guide". When the two parts of the buckle get close, the magnetic force automatically aligns and pulls them into place, dropping them into a rock-solid mechanical plastic interlocking hook.
2. Child-Proof "Visual Camouflage" & Single-Handed Operation:
To achieve the child-proof requirement without making it hard for adults, the release button will be physically hidden under a spring-loaded sliding protective cap (Visual Camouflage).
