Luxury Wellness Inhaler Design and CAD

Design of a Luxury Aluminum + Glass Wellness Inhaler (Product + 3D CAD)
We are launching a premium therapeutic wellness inhaler under a new luxury brand.
The product will be a handheld aluminum + glass inhaler used for stress relief, focus, sleep, and energy.

We are looking for an industrial / product designer who can create a manufacturing-ready design that looks elegant, feels premium in the hand, and can be produced by OEM factories
You will design the physical inhaler device, including:
Outer aluminum body
Cap (screw or magnetic)
Internal glass oil chamber
Medical-grade porous ceramic or sintered glass wick
Overall form, ergonomics, and proportions

The inhaler must feel:
Minimal
Luxury
Medical-grade
Portable (pocket / bag / keychain friendly)

Deliverables Required
2–3 concept design options (sketches or 3D concepts)
Final 3D CAD model (SolidWorks, Fusion360, Rhino or similar)
Technical drawings (for manufacturing & OEM quoting)
High-quality renders (for marketing & presentation)

Premium wellness devices
Luxury cosmetic packaging
Apple / Muji / Aesop / high-end perfume packaging
Matte aluminum, clean lines, minimal branding

Manufacturing Requirements

Design must be suitable for:
CNC or molded aluminum body
Glass inner tube
Medical-grade porous ceramic or sintered glass wick
Assembly in China or India
Designer must consider:
Ease of assembly
Refillability
Leak protection
Durability

We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in industrial or product design
Has designed physical consumer products
Can provide CAD files suitable for manufacturing
Has worked on premium or luxury products
