Linear Floor Drain 3D Model
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a precise SolidWorks model of a stainless-steel linear floor drain that includes both a removable grate and an internal built-in trap. Dimensions do not have to be final yet, but the model should be fully parametric so I can adjust length, outlet position, and flange width later without rebuilding the file (if possible). the total length is 540ft, the drains need to be cut into 25ft sections that will be welded together when installed. these are engineered drawings and model for a fab shop. you will receive a sample 3d model and other specs needed for the job.
The assembly will consist of the main drain body, the trap section, and the grate itself. Please keep each part in its own file and set up a clean top-level assembly so I can generate exploded views for documentation. If you already have standard hardware libraries, feel free to reference them; otherwise model any screws or clips that hold the grate in place.
Deliverables
• Native SolidWorks part and assembly files (.SLDPRT / .SLDASM)
• A STEP file for sharing with non-SolidWorks collaborators
• Simple 2D manufacturing drawing with main dimensions and a section view through the trap
