Line drawing to 3D CAD Conversion

Job ID: 39890483

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a single 2D line drawing in PDF format that now needs to become a fully featured 3D CAD model ready for prototyping, 3D printing, and eventual manufacturing. Accuracy matters: every radius, chamfer, and tolerance must be carried over so the digital file can drop straight into CAM or an additive workflow without extra clean-up.

Here is what I’m expecting:

• A parametric 3D model built in a mainstream CAD package (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar)
• Exported production-grade files: STEP/IGES for machining and an STL specifically optimized for FDM/SLA printing
• Native source file so I can edit dimensions later if needed
• 2D Engineering Drawings (PDF + DWG/DXF) – including dimensions and annotations
• Rendered Preview / Image Files (high-quality .PNG or .JPG) – showing multiple angles of the final 3D model
• All critical dimensions and threads precisely matched to the original drawing, with high-detail features fully resolved
• A few annotated snapshot set confirming geometry before final hand-off
