Laser-Cut Mechanical Parts DXF CAD

I need precise CAD drawings prepared for a set of laser-cut mechanical parts. I will provide a full list of each part’s exact dimensions and any critical cut-outs or hole placements that must be respected. Your job is to translate these requirements into clean, production-ready DXF files that a laser shop can run without additional tweaks.

I need these drawings ready to send to laser cutter or waterjet. need to have a file of the parts flat and a file for metal braking.

You may work in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or any package you trust, as long as the exported DXF opens flawlessly in common CAM software. Line weights, kerf allowances and layer naming should follow standard laser-cutting conventions so the fabricator can separate cut, etch and engrave operations at a glance.

Deliverables
• One DXF file per part, organised on the correct layer structure
• A quick PDF printout or screenshot of each part annotated with the key dimensions for a final visual check

Accuracy is critical: every feature must match the dimensions I supply. I’ll review the DXFs against my spec sheet and sign off once everything aligns.
