Innovative Progressive Die Design Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I will share detailed drawings of small brass and copper parts used inside MCB / RCB assemblies, together with the exact material grade and the tolerances each feature must hold. Your assignment is to turn that data into a full progressive-die design that delivers three things at once: minimal scrap, reliable bends and forms, and a price-conscious build.
The strip layout must be creative—far beyond the basic local market approach—so every station adds measurable value while keeping unusable web to an absolute minimum. I am especially interested in new ways to shorten changeover time and to validate the design before steel is cut.
The solution has to incorporate:
• Quick-change tooling features for rapid die set-ups
• Advanced simulation for design validation (spring-back, load balance, wear prediction)
Deliverables I expect:
• 3D CAD model of the complete die set with clear station breakdown
• Flattened strip layout showing material utilisation percentage
• Simulation report confirming formability, stresses and expected part accuracy
• Manufacturing drawings and a concise BOM ready for tool-room use
If you are adept at blending modern die technology with lean material usage, I’m ready to review your concept and move quickly to production files.
