Innovative Precision Tool Mold Design

Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced Injection Mold Designer to create a complete, production-ready mold design for a 3-inch plastic Vernier Caliper. I own a CNC workshop and will be manufacturing/cutting the mold cavities myself on our CNC machines.
Scope of Work & Deliverables:
Complete Mold Design: Core and Cavity design based on the dimensions of a standard 3" plastic Vernier Caliper.
Component Parts: The mold should include all necessary components (slider mechanisms if needed, ejector pins, cooling channels, runner, and gating system).
CNC-Ready Files: Fully optimized 3D CAD models. Deliverables must include STEP/IGS files for CNC machining, as well as native CAD files (SolidWorks).
2D Technical Drawings: Clear 2D blueprints with tolerances and dimensions for manufacturing assembly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in plastic injection mold design (please share your portfolio/past mold design work).
Strong understanding of CNC machining limitations, tool paths, and drafting angles (part release).
Knowledge of plastic shrinkage factors (the material will be specified/discussed, likely ABS or PP).
Budget & Timeline:
Budget: Open to negotiation based on your experience and approach. Please provide your best bid.
Timeline: Expected completion within 1-2 weeks.
