Industrial Stainless Steel Valve Assembly

Job ID: 40277376

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m putting together a compact valve that will operate in an industrial environment and must stand up to continuous use. The assembly is straightforward—bolt, bush, cover, disc, nut and T-bolt—but every part has to be engineered in stainless steel for long-term corrosion resistance and easy maintenance once it reaches the plant floor.

Here’s what I need from you: a complete design package that takes the idea from concept to shop-ready documents. That means a clean 3D model I can spin and review, detail drawings with all critical dimensions and tolerances, and a bill of materials that clearly calls out stainless grades, finishes and any off-the-shelf fasteners. If you can back the design with basic FEA or flow checks to confirm durability under pressure, even better.

Deliverables
• Parametric 3D model (STEP and native SolidWorks or Inventor file)
• Fully dimensioned 2D fabrication drawings for each component plus the final assembly
• Exploded view or animation that shows the assembly sequence
• Bill of materials listing stainless steel grades, quantities and any purchased parts
• Short design note explaining material choices and any stress/flow verification you performed

I’ll review the package for fit, clearances and material specs; approval is complete once everything nests without interference and the docs are production-ready. If you’ve built valves or similar pressure equipment before, please highlight that experience when you reply.
