I’m looking for someone who can take my concept for an industrial-grade sheet-metal assembly and turn it into a complete, production-ready product. This is not just a bracket or a small enclosure; I need full product design that integrates multiple panels, fasteners, and sub-assemblies suitable for machinery that will be installed both indoors and outdoors.

You’ll begin with my functional requirements and rough sketches, then develop the 3D CAD model, validate material thicknesses, bend radii, and tolerances for repeatable manufacturing, and finally supply a complete drawing package ready for laser cutting, bending, and assembly. Design for manufacturability is critical because the parts will be produced in mid-volume runs, so I expect thoughtful nesting, minimal secondary operations, and corrosion-resistant material selection.

I prefer mainstream CAD such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor so that I can open and review the files on my end. If you want to use another platform, let me know early. Structural strength, weather resistance, and easy service access all need to be factored in; your experience with similar industrial machinery housings will be a plus.

Deliverables I need at hand-off:
• Native 3D CAD files and neutral STEP/IGES
• Flat-pattern DXF files for each formed part
• Fully detailed fabrication drawings (metric) with bend notes and hardware callouts
• Exploded assembly drawing and PDF build guide
• Basic bill of materials

If you can also run a quick FEA to confirm stiffness under vibration loads, mention it in your proposal. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right designer.
