Industrial Machine Design Blueprint
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m kicking off a new industrial machine project and want to get the mechanical design nailed down before we move on to manufacturing or the control layer (PLC, SCADA, PIC/ESP32). In this first phase I need a complete, production-ready design package—solid-model CAD, clear engineering drawings with tolerances, and a preliminary bill of materials—so I can cost the build and start sourcing parts with confidence.
If you have tackled similar heavy-duty or high-throughput machinery, I’d love to see examples of that past work. Demonstrated experience turning early concepts into manufacturable designs will carry real weight in my decision.
Once the design is signed off we can discuss extending the engagement into fabrication support and then integration with the automation stack, but right now my priority is a robust, efficient mechanical solution that meets industrial safety standards and is straightforward to assemble and maintain.
Deliverables (Phase 1):
• 3D CAD model and native files
• Fully dimensioned fabrication drawings
• Preliminary BOM with material specs and suppliers
I’m ready to answer any technical questions you need clarified; share your best relevant projects and let’s see if we’re a good fit.
