Project Title:
Premium Wall-Mounted Gas Safety Device – Complete Industrial Design & 3D CAD Modeling
1. Project Overview
I need a professional, production-ready CAD design for the enclosure of a residential gas safety device. The product is wall-mounted, has a modern premium look, and must properly house all internal electronics.

2. Key Dimensions
PCB Specifications:
• Exact size: 157 mm (length) × 97 mm (width) × 1.6 mm thickness (green 4-layer PCB)
Recommended External Dimensions:
• Height: 168 – 172 mm
• Width: 108 – 112 mm
• Depth: 38 – 42 mm (maximum)
3. Display Requirements (Very Important)
• Type: Square OLED display (SSD1306 or similar, 128x64 pixels)
• Visible Area: Approximately 38 mm × 38 mm
• Cutout: Precise rectangular/square cutout in the center of the front panel
• LED Ring: Elegant thin glowing light ring around the display (diffused, supports green for normal / red for alarm)
• Clearance: Enough space behind the display for proper mounting and wiring
4. Design & Functional Requirements
• Overall Style: Premium minimalist, soft rounded corners, Apple-like clean aesthetics
• Front Finish: Brushed silver metallic
• Sides/Back: Matte dark gray or black
• Ventilation:
• Bottom: Nice perforated grille with circular hole pattern
• Left side: Vertical ventilation slots for good airflow
• Antenna: Hole and support for small black external antenna on top
• Button: Small oval or rectangular reset/status button below the display
• Wall Mounting: Keyhole slots + optional screw holes on the back

Tolerances:

• Future injection molding: ±0.15 mm
6. Additional Notes
• The enclosure must be easy to assemble and disassemble (snap-fit or screws)
• Good heat dissipation and ventilation are critical
• Design must allow easy access for connectors and antenna
• All files must be clean, organized and manifold (ready for manufacturing)
