I need a complete design package for an industrial-grade piece of manufacturing equipment whose sole purpose is precision cutting. The project starts at the concept stage and must finish with production-ready documentation.

Scope of work
• Translate my performance goals and space constraints into a robust cutting-machine concept.
• Develop fully detailed 3D CAD models (SolidWorks/Creo/Inventor/NX) with clear part numbering and assembly hierarchy.
• Run basic FEA checks on the high-stress components to confirm structural integrity before sign-off. ( Ansys Rocky) (High Importance)
• Produce fabrication drawings, GD&T annotations, and an itemised bill of materials ready for quotation by suppliers.
• Integrate safety guarding and maintenance access in line with standard industrial regulations (ISO/CE or equivalent).
• Provide two design iterations after my review, with short video walkthroughs or renders that demonstrate the cutting sequence.

Acceptance criteria
The final package must open error-free in the agreed CAD platform, and show that the toolpath or blade mechanism can achieve the specified cut tolerance across the stated material thickness range I will supply at project start.Also need to simulate the entire set up in Ansys Rocky(DEM) and extract the result.

Deliver all native CAD files plus neutral formats (STEP, PDF drawings) and a brief design report summarising calculations , simulation results and material selections.
