Industrial (Automotive) Cleaning Machines DWG Design
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I’m starting three industrial equipment lines—a parts washer, a media blaster, and a hydro-blasting unit—and I need production-ready CAD that can go straight to the shop floor. Nothing exists yet, so every model will be created from scratch.
Scope
• One complete parts washer, one media blaster, and one hydro-blasting machine
• Full mechanical assemblies with every sub-component, fastener, and service panel represented
• DWG format for all 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings (AutoCAD-compatible)
• Working clearances, fluid and media pathways, nozzle placements, pumps, motors, wiring raceways, and standard safety guards must be built in
What I expect to open
• A master assembly file for each machine that lets me pull an exploded view, isolate sub-assemblies, and verify fit
• Detailed part drawings that carry dimensions, tolerances, and material callouts ready for CNC, laser, or water-jet programming
• A concise BOM exported from the CAD model so procurement can begin immediately
Acceptance
I’ll load the DWG assemblies in AutoCAD Mechanical: all constraints must resolve, mating faces must align without interference, and part quantities in the BOM must match the exploded views. Once those checks pass, the milestone is approved.
If you routinely engineer capital equipment, know your way around pumps, pressure vessels, and sheet-metal design, and can hand back rock-solid DWG files, let’s talk.
