3-Inch Brake Cooling Duct STL

I need a printable STL for a round brake-cooling duct with a 3-inch outer diameter. The duct must include integrated tabs or brackets so I can bolt it directly to the backing plate, and the front opening should be protected by a coarse mesh screen. I’ll share a set of reference photos purely for styling cues—feel free to refine the geometry for strength, airflow, and printability.

Strength and durability come first, so wall thickness, ribbing, and any mesh details should be sized with tough filaments like PETG-CF or nylon in mind. Please design the part so it can be printed without exotic supports on an FDM machine with a 220 × 220 mm bed, or note any special orientation requirements if you optimize for SLS instead.

Deliverables
• Final, watertight STL ready for slicing
• A STEP or native CAD file (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or similar) so I can tweak it later
• A brief note on recommended print settings (layer height, infill, minimum nozzle size for the mesh)

I’ll review by test-slicing; if there are no manifold errors and the tabs line up with my mounting pattern, I’ll sign off straight away.
