Hourly MEP CAD Drafting

I need a reliable drafter who can jump onto a project at any time and develop clean, well-layered MEP drawings in AutoCAD. The workload is strictly hourly: some weeks I may hand you a single floor-plan markup, other weeks a full set of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Fire layouts that must be detailed, coordinated and sheet-ready.

Typical tasks you will handle
– Trace or convert my red-lines and sketches into accurate AutoCAD files
– Generate plans, sections and simple details for plumbing, ductwork, cable trays and sprinkler runs
– Update existing DWGs when the design changes, keeping layers and linetypes consistent
– Export PDFs and DWGs that are tidy, purged and easy for the next trade to understand

To keep things smooth, I share background files, CAD standards and naming conventions up front, then track hours through shared timesheets. I review every submission within 24 hours so you are never left wondering if you’re on the right track.
