High-Rise Passenger Elevator Design
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I need a complete design package for a passenger elevator that will serve more than ten floors in a new high-rise project. The scope runs from concept to tender-ready documentation: preliminary sizing, traffic analysis, shaft and machine-room layouts, 3D BIM-ready drawings, and all safety calculations in line with EN 81 / ASME A17.1.
I already have the building’s structural grid and floor-to-floor heights; you will slot the elevator system into that framework, specify appropriate machinery (gearless traction preferred, but I am open to your engineering judgment), and detail door, car, and control requirements. Energy efficiency and ride comfort matter just as much as code compliance.
Deliverables (PDF + native CAD/BIM files)
• Traffic study and capacity calculations
• GA drawings: plan, section, elevations
• Equipment schedules with power loads
• Bill of materials and outline specification
• Compliance checklist referencing applicable standards
File formats: DWG or Revit for drawings, XLSX or CSV for schedules, and a brief design report in DOCX/PDF.
Please confirm previous experience with high-rise passenger systems and the design tools you intend to use so I can align timelines and sharing platforms before kickoff.
