High-Precision Titanium Component CAD

Job ID: 40568393

Budget: $15 – $25 AUD

I have several rough sketches for titanium mechanical parts that must be machined to a very tight tolerance. Before they reach the shop I need fully detailed, production-ready CAD files that a CNC programmer can load straight into their CAM workflow.

Here’s what I’ll hand over.
• Notes on critical fits and functional surfaces.

What I need back:
• 3D models (STEP or IGES preferred, native SolidWorks/Fusion 360 also welcome).
• Fully dimensioned 2D drawings with all call-outs, hole tables, thread specs, and GD&T suitable for high-precision milling in Grade 5 titanium.
• A brief manufacturability check: recommended tool diameters, minimum fillets, and any risk areas you spot.

Target tolerance is ±0.01 mm on bearing surfaces; other features can relax to ±0.05 mm—please reflect this in the drawings. If you use model-based definition, make sure the PMI is clean and readable.

I’ll review each file for completeness against the sketches, verify dimensions inside my viewer, and then forward them to the machinist. Milestone approval happens once the shop confirms they can post-process your files without edits.

If anything here needs clarification, let me know so we can lock specs before you begin.
