High Precision Pipe Routing 3D Drawings
Budget: ₹250,000 – ₹500,000 INR
I need to turn a set of pipe-routing drawings into a fully detailed 3D industrial model inside the Hexagon environment. The goal is straightforward: create shop-ready geometry that fabricators can trust without having to re-measure anything. Every flange face, branch, support and cut-length must come across with millimetre-level accuracy because these drawings will drive manufacturing.
You will receive the original routing sheets (PDF) and build the complete 3D assembly, following the specified pipe schedules and component specs. If a dimension is missing or a clash appears, flag it so we can resolve it before you advance.
When the model is approved I’ll need:
• The native Hexagon file.
• A neutral CAD export (STEP, IGES, DWG—whichever keeps full fidelity).
• A PDF drawing set that includes BOM, cut-lengths and isometric views suitable for the shop floor.
Proven experience with Hexagon/Intergraph piping tools and the ability to hold tight tolerances are essential; schedule is tight but realistic once we agree on milestones.
