High-End Fitout & Architectural Drafting

I have a steady pipeline of interior fit-out and general architectural packages that must be converted into impeccable, construction-ready shop drawings. You will receive existing IFC sets and mark-ups; from there you will be expected to produce sheet-by-sheet drawings at a consistent USD 35 rate.

Scope
• Both the detailed interior fit-out elements and the wider architectural scope are involved, often in parallel.
• Each set must be presented to a high-end standard: correct pen assignments, clean layering, and full coordination between as-built information and the latest IFC revisions.
• Where discrepancies arise, raise clear RFIs before proceeding so that every sheet is fully coordinated prior to submission.

Workflow & Tools
AutoCAD (or an AutoCAD-compatible platform) is the primary environment. Model space should remain uncluttered; layouts must be fully annotated, dimensioned and ready for direct issue. PDF transmittals should follow our title-block and naming convention.

Deliverables (per package)
1. Complete set of shop drawings in DWG and PDF.
2. RFI log highlighting any clashes or missing information.
3. Revised sheets after comments (if required) turned around within the agreed timeframe.

Acceptance Criteria
• No unexplained layer colours or pen weights.
• Dimensions match verified as-built measurements.
• All RFIs closed or clearly noted on the transmittal.
• Zero unresolved clashes between disciplines on the final submission.

I prefer a senior drafter—or a small drafting team able to split workloads—so that multiple sheets can be issued at once without compromising quality. If you can maintain that standard consistently, let’s get started on the first package right away.
