High-Detail Kayak and Paddle STEP File

I need a highly detailed STEP file for an entire kayak and stand up paddle, complete with textures. This file will be used for manufacturing. I am looking for simple modern lines designs for the kayak and for the paddle I am looking for a split mould race paddle type .

Requirements:
- Model the entire kayak and paddle
- Include detailed components
- Add highly detailed textures

- Experience creating STEP files for manufacturing
