Herbal Extract Plant GA Drawing
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a full-scale General Arrangement drawing for a new aqueous + solvent herbal-extract facility built around three 3 KL extractors. I will provide the complete machine list, land dimensions, and a walk-through video of the site; your task is to translate that information into a clear, export-ready layout that satisfies CGMP requirements. Process knowledge of herbal extract manufacturing company is required.
The drawing must show:
• Precise machine positioning, walkways, and service clearances
• All plumbing and electrical points sized and routed to suit the process flow
• Built-in safety and compliance features—fire exits, solvent handling zones, and any required segregation—so we can pass both domestic and overseas audits
Deliverables are a to-scale GA drawing (DWG and PDF) plus a brief explanatory note that walks my civil contractor through each section; with that in hand we will break ground immediately. Acceptance hinges on every item on the machine list being accommodated, the three extractors correctly interlinked, and the overall layout conforming to CGMP/WHO= principles for Herbal extraction plants.
