I need the entire Gearbox Housing Assembly Machine recreated in SolidWorks, with the emphasis firmly on highly accurate part-level models. I already have legacy CAD files and dimensional sketches that I will upload as soon as we start; the gearbox housing itself is the part that must be captured to the micron, so please be prepared to interrogate the existing data and raise questions where tolerances look ambiguous.

Here is what I expect to receive:

• Native SolidWorks files – every individual part as SLDPRT, the full SLDASM with fully defined mates, and an associative BOM.
• A clean exploded configuration showing the logical assembly sequence.
• Manufacturing-ready drawings (ISO format) for all components, complete with GD&T call-outs, hole tables and section views where required.
• Photorealistic renders that can be used in a presentation; I am happy for you to use PhotoView 360 or Visualize as long as the materials and lighting match machined aluminium, cast iron and treated steel.

Every file must rebuild error-free on my end (SolidWorks 2020 or newer) and follow a rational feature tree so future edits are painless. If something in the reference package clashes with your own calculations, flag it before modifying it—traceability is important for us.

Once the full model passes my cross-check, we will close with a short call to walk through the mates, explode steps and drawing pack just to be sure nothing was missed.
