This job centres on turning my new garage-door concept into a production-ready package. I already have overall sketches and reference photos; what I need from you is a precise 3D model that drives a full set of technical drawings and blueprints suitable for manufacturing and supplier quoting.

Purpose
The work is purely product design—no marketing visuals or animation—so dimensional accuracy, clear tolerances, and standard drawing conventions are critical.

Core scope
• Build a clean, parametric 3D model of the complete door assembly (panel profiles, tracks, hinges, spring mechanism, motor bracket, and seals).
• Generate fully annotated drawings: plan, elevation, sections, and any detail views needed for fabrication. Include material call-outs, hole patterns, and GD&T where relevant.
• Supply native CAD files (SolidWorks, Inventor, or similar), plus neutral formats (STEP/IGES) alongside the PDF drawing set.

Helpful extras
If you can suggest manufacturing optimisations—sheet-metal gauge, extrusion swaps, or cost-saving fasteners—please flag them; they will be considered a bonus.

Turnaround & review
A first draft model within one week lets us run a quick fit check, followed by two revision cycles before the final drawing release.

Hand-over
At sign-off I receive the complete drawing package and source files; you retain no usage restrictions.
