Description: I have a complete set of Gerber files and a BOM for a custom GPS + LoRa tracking device. I need a 3D STEP (.step) file generated from these files to support enclosure design and mechanical modeling. This project involves: Analyzing the provided Gerber files, pick-and-place data, and BOM Reconstructing the board in 3D with correct component heights and placements Delivering a clean, dimensionally accurate STEP file (20mm x 29mm board) Ensuring key components like the USB port, JST battery connector, push buttons, and antennas are properly represented Highlighting or marking USB cutout location if possible Deliverables: Final .STEP file of the PCB including major components Optional: screenshot renders for visual verification What I’ll Provide: Gerber files BOM with part numbers Pick-and-place file (X/Y/rotation) Board dimension confirmation Requirements: Experience with Altium, KiCad, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks Ability to interpret Gerber and BOM data for 3D modeling Previous STEP modeling experience for enclosure or product development
