GLB to SolidWorks Simulation Model
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
I need a .glb file rebuilt natively in SolidWorks so I can run structural-analysis simulations. The model should carry over most functional geometry—holes, mating faces, major fillets—while leaving out purely cosmetic or ultra-fine details. Think of it as an intermediate-detail digital twin: visually accurate and, more importantly, clean enough to mesh inside SolidWorks Simulation without repair work on my end.
You’ll receive the source .glb and reference images. From there, create a SolidWorks part (or clean assembly if unavoidable) with a tidy feature tree, no import errors, and default carbon-steel material assigned for now. Feel free to merge tiny faces or heal surfaces whenever that improves mesh quality, provided external dimensions stay true.
Deliverables
• Native SolidWorks 2020+ file ready for structural analysis (FEA)
• Brief summary of any geometry simplifications or healing steps
If you’ve handled GLB-to-CAD conversions before, a quick screenshot of past work would be helpful. I’m looking for a fast, dependable turnaround—let me know your timeline and we’ll get started.
